On December 15, 2012, the annual Philips IP moot court was held at Fudan Law School. Four teams were composed by a dozen of JM students who registered in the advanced course on patent law. The panel of judges was composed of Mr. Jack. E. Haken, Vice President of Philips IP & S (US) and Mr. Edward W. Goodman, Visiting Professor and two senior patent attorneys, Mark Belorodov and Kate Asher. Ms. Laure van Oudheusden, the Head of IP & S (China) and Prof. Zhang Naigen, Director of IP Center watched the hearing.
