More than one thousand law students have finished their IP course studies since Philips-Fudan IP agreement concluded in 2004 and IP course offered in 2005 including the basic IP course and two advanced seminars on patent and trademark/copyright. Philips grants the students who finished three courses as the advanced IP scholars. On March 15, sixteen JM students were granted as advanced IP scholars. Mr. Michael Fuerch, Visiting Professor for this semester, on behalf of Philips granted them the certificates.
